Suggested Instructions
The pubococcygeal muscles (pc muscles) are just inside the vagina. Do not push the device any deeper than needed to hold the ball inside. Insert the ball end of the Wellness Wand into the vagina and squeeze the pc muscles. While squeezing the muscles try to pull the ball out while slowly counting to 10.
Release. Pause. Repeat twice more, pausing after each round of pelvic floor resistance training. As with any exercise regimen you should gradually increase both time of resistance and the number of repetitions. Each woman will progress at her own pace.
